Requesting a Return

We offer a 30-day return policy. You have 30 days after receiving your order to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, the item must be in the same condition in which you received it. It must not have been worn or used, must include any original tags and must be returned in its original packaging. We also require the receipt or another suitable proof of purchase.

Once your return has been accepted, we will send you further return instructions. Items returned without a prior return request cannot be accepted.

Damaged, Defective or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order immediately after delivery. Contact us without delay if an item is damaged or defective, or if you have received the wrong item. We will review the matter as quickly as possible and arrange a suitable solution.

14-Day Right of Withdrawal Within the European Union

Regardless of our voluntary 30-day return policy, consumers within the European Union generally have the right to withdraw from their order within 14 days without providing a reason.

Refunds

Once we have received and inspected your return, we will notify you whether the refund has been approved.

If approved, the amount will be refunded to the original payment method within up to 10 business days.
