Shipping policy

We deliver your order free of charge within Germany.

Depending on the order and availability, shipping is handled by DHL or Hermes.

The standard delivery time begins after your payment has been received.

Additional Delivery Information

The delivery time is usually 7–12 business days after receipt of payment. In individual cases, delays may occur due to public holidays, a high volume of orders or delays caused by the shipping provider.

You will not incur any additional customs or import charges. Any applicable costs are already included or do not apply to our customers.

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation, where available, containing further delivery and tracking information.
